Breakfast lovely outside in the qadrangle , rooms have all you need and very comfortable indeed, staff charming and helpful and a delightful spot to stay and visit! x

We enjoyed pretty much the whole experience. All delightful and staff were extremely helpful when it came to some unexpected car maintenance !

The best

The property and gardens are beautiful and the Duke of Wellington suite, which we used on our 2nd night, is fabulous. The staff are all outstanding, very helpful, responsive and always smiling, they really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Restaurant was excellent as was room service

To be improved

The junior suite in the attic is very limited, no windows other than in the ceiling, no separate bathroom and a sloping ceiling which reduces height on over 50% of floorspace, junior suite is a very optimistic description
