Helios Benidorm

Great hotel, modern, clean, super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location 5 minutes from beach and even closer to bars, but hotel itself so quiet and calm! Pool view rooms best if you can get one. Amazing breakfast selection… best we’ve had anywhere. Would love to come back when weather good (happened to be unlucky with cold/windy spell) as pool area lovely. Only improvement would be tea/coffee making facility in room or coffee station in lobby. Will definitely return. Great place and good value!

Spent a week at the Helios normally stay at other 4 star hotels in Benidorm Absolutely fantastic Food was out of this world choices at breakfast and evening meal was great. All staff worked well together a credit to management All in all a fantastic hotel and certainly the best in Benidorm

Excellent mini break - can i just say I stopped here for four nights recently and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. It is the fourth time we have stopped at this hotel in the last year and everytime doesn't disappoint. We booked a double room (jacuzzi bath) with breakfast only board. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Breakfast is 5 star - allowing you to have a glass of fizz for breakfast is a plus! So much selection for breakfast, hot and cold selection. Plus this time we met Julia who works there - she came over, introduced herself and even bought a drink for us. How lovely is that! So lovely and friendly - a credit to the hotel. I shall see you all again on the 21st March 2026 when i return with the girls for a 4 day stay. This hotel is in an ideal location for the nightlight, bars, beach and even the outdoor market. Also got a heated pool for the winter which is also a plus! Thanks again for a lovely 4 day, 3 night stay. See you soon Sally XX

This hotel is the best ...just far enough from the crowds but near enough for a short walk back. All the staff are lovely and friendly... especially the reception staff who all greet you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble for them... especially Julia, Angela and Martin ..we will be back ..

Once again we had the best time at this superb hotel. We took my daughter and granddaughter for their first of what im sure will be many visits in the future. The staff are superb and can't do enough for you. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Second time staying at the Helios, and it's just as lovely as the first time. We stayed a couple of nights on B&B basis, and the breakfast is gorgeous, with so much choice on food and drink offerings. The room has large and comfortable, with a large balcony. All the members of staff are courteous, friendly, helpful, and always smiling, nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone was a pleasure to talk with, who are connected to this hotel. If I had to be critical of the Helios, I'd change the daytime music to something a bit more modern, but that's just our personal preference. Thank you so much for making our couple of days away, such a pleasurable stay... See you again.
