Cold , damp ,dark , noisy and dirty!

We were asked to contact the property before we arrived which we did approximately an hour and a half beforehand. We never received a reply. We then tried to follow the steps provided however there wasn’t a lot of detail on parking so we ended up driving around for about half an hour before someone actually got in touch and gave us the steps to get into the property. You have to get the keys from them before accessing the parking lot if it’s your first time in Seville, the streets are extremely narrow and can be pretty dangerous for car hire. We visited in January so it was cold at night. The heater in the building heats the upstairs part of the room but not downstairs.

The washing machine was dirty

This is no fault of the apartment or the host, but it is easy to get lost when trying to find the carpark. Be sure to check the parking address and apartment address before driving. The backstreets can be narrow and confusing.

Very loud during evenings and nights, but fine for tight sleepers

The extraction fan above the cooker was very dirty, unpleasant to touch to turn on fan/lights. The courtyard smelt of sewage so was unable to open back door or bathroom windows. The door to the building was often left wide open, leaving the front door of the studio feeling quite exposed. The street noise is very loud in the flat.
