“Hello Home Féria was perfect for what we needed and Luis was exceptional!”

Luis was amazing!! Kind, accommodating, and available! Went out of his way to be helpful!

The only problem was the noise from the surrounding area at night. We were great with everything else.

“Quirky apartment in the suburbs”
The best

Very spacious. Good kitchen facilities. Toilet upstairs and down. Lots of storage place clothes. Close to metro, and Carrefour. Very suburban.

To be improved

Although spacious, there was no separation between upstairs and downstairs. Early riser couldn't make noise or turn on light. The tiles floor was cold in winter. It was about 40 mins from city centre on metro.

I like that Luis was very attentive to all our needs and queries and response time was very fast as well. He responds anytime of the day and gives good suggestions on our queries.
