- noisy - bad wifi - not enough toilet roll or towels - bad and dim lighting - tv don’t work - we did not do an official check out but we left the apartment at 8:00am and needed to come back for the remaining 3hrs we had left before check out and they would not allow us even though we paid to stay there until that time as our flight had changed. They did not accommodate us or help at all

The location and closesness of everything. Appliances such as hairdryer and iron.

To be improved

We waited for the check-in for a hour and a half eventhough we announced the time of our arrival. Bed sheets and towels are worn out and have permanent stains on them, bathroom needs deep scrub and definitely a new grout. Kitchen appliances were not checked and cleaned all the way through (we found few dirty cups and cutlery). Although street was loud, it did not bother us a lot.

The apartment was clean and cozy. The kitchen is modern. The balconies are especially beautiful. Calle Carreteria is a really beautiful street and almost everything can be found within walking distance. In May, the temperature of the apartment was pleasant. They listened to my wishes and I was able to check in earlier than normal which was really great. In the shower, the water came with good pressure and warm water was enough. The street was quite loud, but I already knew that when I made the reservation, so it didn't bother me. Earplugs helped to sleep. The neighbors were very quiet. If you're about staying with someone, it's probably good to note that when you're lying in bed, you can see through the glass wall into the shower and toilet ;)

To be improved

The wifi was quite weak. The cooking equipment could perhaps be updated, especially the frying pans. There should be more storage space for clothes.
