“Unforgetable for the wrong reason!!!!”

To be improved

Refused to mind our luggage onsite for 2.5 hours after check out pending trip to airport. as a 76 year old man with a wife with walking issues, i had to pull 2 20k suitcases and 2 10k bags over 0.5+k of cobble stones to its sister hotel, Zaida. What do you think?????

The best

Themed rooms. Each room is decorated based on a particular theme. The beds are HUGE and so is the private bathroom. The room includes a coffee maker with capsules, and a small fridge with free bottled water. The location is a short walk to the old city, and there is a nearby parking and good restaurants that are away from the center, therefore more affordable and good quality. You will see more locals at these restaurants. The included breakfast was decent, but do not expect a feast.

To be improved

The room had a couple of spots that needed attention where the wallpaper was peeling off. Was brought to the attention of the manager on site.

What a large and well appointed room. Perfect set-up. Even though they had staffing issues at this property they made the check in procedure smooth and allowed us to store our bag at their other property.

Large characterful room with quite efficient air conditioning . Didn’t see anyone else in hotel so was very quiet. Well located for old town.

To be improved

There was no bath plug but used shower instead.
