“Superb”

The best

The host was great. Lovely large apartment, just as described, with large balcony and view of sea and sunset. Short walk to small beach, port and coastal walk. Nearby LIDL was great for self catering and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, but resort was peaceful which was what we wanted. Loved being so near to Los Gigantes.

“A very enjoyable and relaxing break before Xmas.”

The cleanliness of the apartment and the great views over the pool and out to sea. Plenty of lifts so no need to climb lots of stairs. Air conditioning is a bonus in the lounge and both bedrooms have fans. Nice not having to search for on street parking although there is a multi story car park just up the hill. The area is relaxingly quiet, though you don't have to walk far if you need something more lively.

To be improved

Exterior renovation is still taking place here and there are several scaffolding towers in place, one of which reached up to our balcony rails. However the balcony is so large that it only interfered with a portion of the available view. Both bathrooms would benefit from renovating. We had to report a very noisy toilet flush to Ivan who after attempting to fix it himself, quickly dispatched a plumber who fixed the problem over two days. The underground parking space is accessed by a couple of very narrow righthand turns which are difficult to negotiate if your hired vehicle turns out to be a large SUV upgrade as mine was! The swimming pool was closed for my first weeks stay, however there was a pool open at the next attached block. I am sure that this Hermitage Homes BLG property will be lovely once all the renovation work is finally completed. Problem is when will that be?

“Perfect location and pleasent stay”

The best

Super comfortable apartment in a very good complex - with nice ocean views from every room, big terase, everything we could need was there. Arena beach max 5 mins drive. Lidl is nearby. Ocean promenade is exactly at the door. Communication with host is prompt and pleasant.
