“Renting from robots”

Travelers beware - this is some of the worst service I've gotten in my life. The flat is remotely managed by a company with completely automatised support, no human is involved in the process.Truly terrible, frustrating, anxiety-inducing experience. They offer a 24h check-in hotline, which is naturally switched off - we were left out to figure it out by ourselves at 1am in the street when their access codes did not work. No human ever replies to your messages. Instead they constantly bombard you with wholly unreadable machine generated mails in 3 languages with broken formatting. These are also often contradictory - but of course, good luck if you have questions. In these they send you important links, and more crucially, a check-in instructions video, but these are automatically flagged and removed by booking.com. Then, despite asking constantly to send them over literally any other channel, nobody ever replies. Between the cascade of confusing unreadable autogenerated messages in several languages and the total lack of possibilities to reach a human, you need to pray hard that everything goes well with your booking, and also have a good plan B.
