The apartment has great potential, but it feels neglected. The bathroom bin is so rusty that it’s a bit scary, replacing it would only cost like €10. The mattress is old and bends in the middle, making it impossible to sleep. Just a few adjustments (specially the mattress/bed replacement) and the apartment would be much better. The cleaning could be improved as well.

Firstly the Location was near the Maria Zambrano bus and train station that was a good thing and with beach not far away just a 5 minute walk The building the apartment was in was not welcoming… the public areas and lift were filthy The apartment itself was very disappointing It looked grubby and could do with a face lift The things that would not take much to put right for example as follows:- 1. The bin in bathroom 2. Mirror in bathroom 3. Shower holder on wall 4. Shower room floor dirty 5. Sofa dirty 6. Kitchen sponge disgusting 7. The bedding and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable so that was a plus however second bed was a bit flimsy 8. But I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone 9. Also one bedroom the one with the balcony was full of ants 10 Overall a very grubby apartment Marks out of 10 would be 2 Only good points the bedding/ towels were clean and location to Maria Zambrano station was good
