Great breakfast. Really good communication with hotel before arriving.

To be improved

We slept poorly. A red light flashed above our bed all night instilling a small alert that there might be a fire drill or at least kept us awake.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location and even that was inconvenient due to the noise from the street when trying to sleep.

To be improved

On entering the building, we had to carry our luggage up some steep stairs because, they didn't think about a ramp for people who might need it. The hotel staff also did not even seem remotely interested in trying to offer help. This is not a four star hotel or good customer service. The first room we were given had graffiti on the walls, there was a rusty radiator in the shower and generally not clean e.g. window sill, and bathroom appliances had dust on them. There is a clear lack of attention to detail when it comes to basic customer service and comfort. This hotel was a waste of money and there are better hotels around.
