“Great spring trip”

The best

Really great small hotel with a very friendly vibe. Our room was clean, modern and spacious. There was a good selection at breakfast. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk that zigzags uphill from the end of Palma where the cruise ships come in. We used the local buses a lot which is pretty easy if you download the EMT app. To walk to the cathedral along the seafront took me and my fit 79 year old mum about half an hour.

“Horrible”

The best

It was a last minute reservation for me and my friend.. horrible hotel if you name this building a hotel !! We payed 140 Euro per night We stayed for 3 nights ( horrible very nasty hotel) And in our 3 night, last night there was A HUGE COCKROACH IN OUR ROOM 🥲 Very bad experience it was traumatizing

“Fine property, not much to complain about - okay base if you don't mind being far out.”

The best

Hotel Hesperia has some really wonderful staff who are very attentive, the pool is fine and the hotel is relatively quiet. The photos made the location look like a little garden retreat, which perhaps isn't the case but the rooms are a good size and it's relatively easy to get into town on the bus.

To be improved

We booked an EV charging space which has a folding metal safety gate that is quite bulky for cars with low clearance, it was very anxiety inducing having to line up to drive over it. It would be better if the hotel explored just putting a chain link in between some bollards like their other spaces instead. We also found a load of glass in our bathroom one of the days after the room had been cleaned, and around the sink seemed to have been flooded as all of our toiletries were soaked.
