My room was not clean. Wet dirty towels in the bathroom, along with rubbish in the bin and elsewhere in the room. Doubt over if the sheets had been changed, but shrugged that off so not the best when you have to sleep under those circumstances- they should have just replaced them.

There’s no value for money, and definitely this is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast had literally no options for vegans and barely one for celiacs, plus the coffee was from a self-service machine, milk was cold and you had to heat it yourself it a microwave! The cafeteria had no options other than chips and even though technically they said there would be hot chocolate in the evening but they ran out of it. It’s definitely not what we would expect from a 4 star hotel cafeteria. We paid 300usd for one night, makes absolutely no sense!

We were very disappointed with the hotel. Everything is outdated, the rooms are uncomfortable, and there’s nowhere to dry our clothes. There’s no kettle or anything for tea or coffee, even though it’s a ski resort where you’d expect to dry your gear and enjoy a warm drink after skiing. The spa is an extra charge and limited to just 40 minutes. The restaurant food was terrible, like a cheap cafeteria—we couldn’t even eat it because of the awful smell! And the ski lockers—an absolute nightmare! The reception staff was rude. A disgrace! Shameful for the price they charge!

Poor breakfast, on Sunday 8:30am, you couldn’t even get an omelette. Dinner is a mission very short off stuff, and the lady in reception during the afternoons in urgent need of customer service knowledge ( I had to ask for information, and I was shown a paper )
