“Punishment rather holiday.”

5 minutes walk from beach.

To be improved

- struggle to operate most of the stuff. Might be my fault that don’t know about equipments but I would say 50-50 experience. I believe, because I am old school style I prefer wall instruction card rather mobile information or video. - no AC in bedroom. Fan in bedroom in fancy which turn off automatically throughout the night several times. We end up pulling mattress out on front room & slept on floor. - AC not cold enough in front room . Staff showed us but still not good enough. Display temperature remain on 27 throughout our stay. *many more things but I would say this reason enough to explain family stay.

“Close to beach, good facilities except broken washing machine.”
The best

Outdoor space with table and chairs (only this flat). Dishwasher. Fridge freezer. All kitchen supplies. Walk in shower. Close-ish to beach and 2 tram stations. Didn’t use pool since we went to the beach each day.

To be improved

It is possible to lock yourself out of the flat if you don’t bring the keys with you. Provided clothes drying rack was very small. Washing machine did not work properly. We had to wash and dry clothes by hand afterwards. The supplied washing liquid pods did not dissolve properly and just stuck to one piece of clothing. So 1 or 2 pieces of clothing were covered in washing liquid while the rest of the washing had none. Even after putting clothes on several extra spin and drain cycles, water was not properly removed, there was a pool of water in the bottom of the washing machine.

“Excellent place to stay”
The best

Very Quiet Location. Access to a pool and a short walk to the beach and tram stop. Air-conditioning in all rooms. Big wide safe yard for my nephew to run around in. Well equipped kitchen.

To be improved

A steep incline from the beach to the property which was a struggle to walk up. No restaurants or bars nearby or within walking distance. A shop nearby that sold essentials, but very pricey. I found the beds a bit too firm.
