“Nice BUT DONT FORGET THINGS ANYWHERE”

It was a nice experiement overall, fancy and more. Had a lovely peaceful vacation. Dont book if you want to be closer to city life, this is mostly quiet and peaceful. The rooms was amazing. Its really nice for the price. Its so clean, and cleaning team was great! Great amenities. BUT PS i was eating in the restaraunt dinner time, and left my sunglasses in the table, the waiters cleaned immediately, they should have found my glasses, but when we went and asked multiple times, we didnt even get more than 5 minutes of sloppy help before they said to call the cops ending the search KNOWNING we are leaving same day. For a resort, i felt so unhelped.

“Beautiful, relaxing hotel with impeccable taste and great staff”

The best

Great property, amazing suite, attentive staff. The spa is expansive, impeccably kept and super relaxing. We stayed in the Liero sky suite and it was totally worth the extra cost. Views were beautiful, top floor deck is spacious and the hot tub was perfect for cooler evenings. and it gives you access to breakfast in a different location by the infinity pool.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything from the lobby to the room was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The customer service truly stood out. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The amenities were equally impressive. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, relaxing common areas, or convenient on-site offerings, everything exceeded my expectations and added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and top-quality stay.

Great hotel with amazing facilities. Sam, and Jamie on reception, are brilliant and always happy to help. The rooms are superb and the food is great, location is perfect and so much to do in this hotel. The gym is huge and the spa has everything you need and luxurious. Consistently the best hotel in the Costa Del Sol and why we return year on year. Thank you for another memorable stay and we’ll be back again soon. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for singles, couples, families and golfers, 5 Star and rightly so 10/10

“The visit was a huge dissappointment in every way”

We we`re very dissapointed on many issues. The hotel should not advertise this resort for families, our children we`re not observed in any way. The sport club had very strick limitations on every issue and the staff we're not very willing to cooperate with the hotel. The sport club is actually separated unit which is only working in the same building. The availability on the inside heated pool was not as promised from the reception, children we`re not allowed to use the childrens track and other honestly quite stupid limitations like we only had possibillity to reserve one swimming track for one hour at a time though the pool was empty after that. The swimming school goes on almost all day all week and then there's no vacancy at all. The suite was also dissappointment, the sofa bed awful ( lifted from the foot if the bed ), the other bed narrow and harsh, no proper blankets and cleaning was sloppy. Wallpanels were partly broken on our room and floor so slippery after shower that elderly people and children ( or drunken adults ) will eventually hurt themselves. The food on roomservice was bad and price high. Most definitely this was not 4 star experience. The scent which was present in every room of this building caused migraine. The only thing which was quite okay was the breakfast. The gym was also okay, but there're were too much people in and equipment crowded all the time. The staff on the reception was mainly unkind, not even a little smile. When we were asking about the parking place the receptionist said it`s only for the Tesla drivers and didn`t mention that there was another entrance to other vehicles. Overall this hotel does not do unfortunately any good marketing for Hilton chain. The price does not respond to the value in any way.

“A visit and hotel to remember”

The best

The Staff were excellent from before we arrived communicating about our room, on arrival and checkin friendly and welcoming jaime thank you. The Hotel itself is excellent with great views and fantastic and vast facilities pools, bars and restaurants, assistance from Samantha on how to navigate around the area was very helpful. The walk down the hill to the promenade is steep but good exercise, then you have long clean beachfront, some lovely bars and restaurants. Visit and enjoy your time
