“Okay place for the price but core facilities where not available to us and lack of response from property”

Most of the basic items expected were available, the private pool was a plus

To be improved

No response from the property managers when key items such as access cards were missing. Lack of toiletries such as toothbrush/toothpaste was also not great. Staff at the hotel in which we were told to check in treated us like we weren’t not their customers so poor service from them as well.

“Very relaxing apartment with the facilities of the hotel and sports club right next door.”

The best

Very modern, luxury apartment, high standard of fittings and perfect for a family of 4. Luxury bathrooms and stylish living area. Perfect outside space with private pool and seating area. Very private and on a secure estate.

To be improved

Building works right next door, quite dusty and some noise but finished in the afternoon. Only 2 Sun loungers.
