Higuerón Rental Playa Estudio

The Apt is on the beach looked out to the sea. Cafes and shops within short walking distance. Very clean and bright. Big fridge freezer . Kitchenette. Small shower but plenty of hot water. Good location. Private secure parking across the road - need to book.

We asked if we could get into the apartment from 1400 hrs and although the apartment was ready from then we were told we couldn't get in until 1600 hrs, would have given 10 out of 10 if we had been allowed in earlier as we arrived at 1200.

The property was spacious with a great sea view and balcony. It was comfortable for us for a couple nights. The TV size was great. Plenty on-street parking.

Great property and looked exactly as per the pictures. The location was fab and we LOVED having coffee or a drink on the balcony and watching the waves.

It is a studio so it is quite compact but all good. It has a good balcony and it is great to sit in the apartment or the balcony and look out at the beach and the sea. The apartment - good sized bed, facing the balcony. Wifi is fine. Small table to eat at. Kitchen has all the basic utensils. There is a small electric hob with two rings. Washing machine is good. Plentiful hot water for showers etc. The apartment is fine but the highlight is the balcony right over the beach. The beach - you are right at the beach. We prefer the view of the beach and walks rather than sitting on the beach but either is right there. It seems to be mostly locals at the beach, not too many tourists. It is busier at weekends obviously but all fine What to do - well we came to relax, enjoy the views, go for walks, have some nice food and it delivers on all of those. There are many beach bars nearby, enough supermarkets and more and more restaurants the more you walk. Note this is not near the busier areas, this is a place to relax, not to party. Tips - (1) get the taxi to drop you at the Higuerón Beach Club, 225 Av del Sol. This is just a few metres from the property. You will also see a large sign above the road saying ‘Benalmádena’ - walk in that direction for a few metres and follow the instructions that you will get sent. I say all this as our taxi driver couldn’t easily find the number of the building (2) you get sent codes to access the property - the first code is to open a key safe to get the key to the building, the second code is for the studio door and you press the numbers then press the key symbol, this isn’t 100% clear in the instructions. (3) all of the local supermarkets and restaurants are in the same general direction. Exit the property and get back to the pavement walk to your left, then take the first left turn.
