The apartment was beautiful, clean spacious and modern Lovely quiet pool area

To be improved

We did not have use of the 2nd shower due to it leaking into downstairs apartment. We were told that this would be fixed on our 2nd day but it did not get fixed. We were given 10 %of our money back due to the inconvenience. the other shower was blocked causing the water to leak into the bedroom., we shared this with the property manager they sent someone out but it didn't resolve the issue resulting in us having to try and clean the shower tray ourselves. People need to be aware not to leave the key in the inside of the door when leaving the property as the door slams shut and you cannot get back in with spare key, we learnt the hard way which cost us 100 euros for a locksmith.

There was building going on which started at 7am on the weekdays. Also the bins are a long way to walk to get rid of.

The property was stunning, well equipped and immaculate. The hosts explained everything extremely well from collecting the keys to where to park, I would return happily!

To be improved

I would suggest to provide some information on local eateries, activities etc.. within and around the complex.

We loved our stay at this apartment and will definitely come back to the same neighbourhood as there are lots of other properties for rent there. The apartment was great, very clean, amazing equipment in the kitchen to cook your meals, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, hoover and mop to clean around during your stay. The pool was great and always very quiet so we could use sun lounges. In pool area there is plenty of grass to put a blanket down if no sun lounges available. Higueron residential is very quiet so perfect for nice and chilled holiday far away from parties and laud crowds.

What I really didn’t like and made me lower the feedback score is that you will be asked to transfer €500 as deposit directly to property management bank account. Deposit was returned one week after our check out, however management pushed all transfer charges in to us, therefor we lost £49 in this whole transaction. I just feel it s not fair to ask for deposits to secure your property and then for your guests to pay bank fees. I spend more than one hour on the phone with my bank to establish if any of those charges were charged by my UK bank and been assured that I paid no fees for this transaction at my end and that fees were charged by management bank. They refused to refund £49 and offered 15% discount for our next stat which obviously is no use if we will have to pay fees for deposit transactions again!! This small dispute between management and myself was not resolved at all and no guest satisfaction was ever considered. The only thing about the property which I can point out is that there was no shelf to put your shampoo and shower gel in the main bedroom shower. We had to keep them on the shower floor which wasn’t convenient.
