The cooked food at breakfast (Spanish omelette, hash browns etc) were poor quality and lukewarm. However the rest of the food at breakfast was delicious and made up for it!

Staff were not customer focused at all at the front office. Breakfast spread was very disappointing. Facilities were not up to the mark of a reputed hotel chain. Not even basic amenities like water is provided in the rooms. The lockers were not working. In summary a very disappointing experience in a Hilton chain when compared to my experiences in other Hilton hotels.

“Perfect Out Of The Way Location”

The hotel presents a favorable impression, exhibiting cleanliness and a secure environment. The surrounding area offers numerous accessible activities, all within walking distance. While the beach is a bit further, it is still reachable with a moderate walk of just over an hour. Upon entering the facility, a compact reception desk is situated to the left of the primary entrance. Due to space constraints, guests may need to temporarily store luggage to the side during periods of high traffic. Limited seating is available, which may result in close proximity to other individuals. The guest rooms have been recently renovated and are well-appointed. Security features, including door locks and window, are robust. The air conditioning system provides effective cooling; however, achieving the ideal temperature setting may require some adjustment. The television programming is primarily in Spanish, but English-language channels can be accessed through the settings menu if you can find them. The shower design incorporates a partial glass door, which will result in water spillage onto the bathroom floor, potentially creating a slip hazard. Complimentary toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, are provided. Additionally, the vanity area offers ample space for personal grooming items. The Wi-Fi network is easily accessible without requiring specific access codes. The rooms are equipped with multiple electrical outlets to accommodate various electronic devices. A desk and a small table with a chair are available for work and relaxation purposes. The on-site breakfast service is of good quality and reasonably priced. One problem that I did have that was consistent during my stay was rude guests. They seem to not care about letting their door slam loudly as they enter or leave their rooms. There's also a sliding door at the closet area, and when they open and close that it literally slams against the sidewall where your head is for sleeping and that is very annoying. So if you do stay at this hotel, please be considerate of other guests while entering and leaving your room and while opening or closing your closet. I'd highly recommend door dampers on the outside doors, and rubber door stops for the sliding doors on the inside. Overall, this is a nice hotel but the guests need to step it up and be more considerate of others when on the quiet floors. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends.
