Staff was not friendly since day of check in. Old premises, need a lot of renovation. Qualiy of food is dramatically poor. Hard to find something to eat.

Very clean and ideal facilities for young children. Food was good with a nice selection.. great location close to lovely beach and busy area. The reception and cleaning staff were first class and very friendly..

We stayed here as a family with our 5-year-old daughter and had a lovely time overall. The food was of very good quality, the room was clean, and the cool temperature inside was a big plus during the hot weather. There were great shows in the evenings, fun kids’ programs, and the water area was fantastic – perfect for families.

To be improved

What could be improved: the shower wasn’t very comfortable, and a bathroom renovation would definitely increase the comfort level. Also, the area around the pool drain was a bit moldy and could use better cleaning.
