The breakfast for sure, also the access to the beach.

To be improved

We didn't like the treatment we received during check-in. The lady who checked us in told us she wouldn't scan our IDs, she'd just extract the information, but she never showed us what she did. On the other hand, she didn't give us pool towels either. We realized this when we saw them being given to other guests.

The staff here go over and above. They work tirelessly to make sure your holiday is as good as it can be in every sense. They charged my phone at reception every day as I forgot my plug! The cleaner put suncream on my back where I couldn't reach! So much attention to detail. I love this hotel and feel part of something rather than just a number. If you want to experience the fun and warmth of Andalusian culture this is your place.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, amazing service, trully excellent approach of each of the staff members, great food (selection and quantity), stunning views, free parking. We really enjoyed staying here and had a nice rest. We highly recommend.

I'm sorry we didn't come at a time when there was live music. We'll try to make it right next time :-)
