“We left very happy after our 8-day holiday”

The best

Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Location: There are many small local supermarkets around the hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend them since they are overpriced and have limited variety. Room: There is a mini-bar in the room, but it’s completely empty. It would’ve been nice to have at least a few items available in it. I can’t say the internal sound isolation was good. For couple of nights, our neighboring rooms made some noise and we were disturbed. Food: One of the buffet staff used the same tongs for raw chicken and then served cooked meat with them — a serious Salmonella risk. I won’t claim this as the definite cause, but I did get food poisoning one day and I believe it might have been due to this. I’m just sharing this as feedback and won’t reflect it in my rating since we had an otherwise great week. I hope the hotel addresses this issue.

The best

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent with lots of variety – something different every day. Breakfast and dinner had a huge selection and everything was fresh and tasty. Spacious, clean rooms – cleaned daily. The hotel is modern, with working air conditioning throughout. The heated outdoor pool was a great bonus. Everything was very clean, both inside and outside – you can really see how much the staff care.
