“Lovely hotel”

The best

All of the facilities are modern and clean around the hotel. The staff were very helpful and were always working hard. There is a basic gym, a pool bar selling drinks, snacks ice-cream etc. The location is great nice and quiet facing Los Pocillios beach turn left out of the gates and you have shops and restaurants close by and Matagorda further on. Turn right and you have a longer walk into Puerto Del Carmen or you can get the bus. There was entertainment throughout the day and at night time if that's your thing, it wasn't too late at night. I would return to this hotel.

To be improved

The only comment I could make is that the cutlery/crockery at breakfast we're not always properly clean but staff would always replace for clean items once made aware.

Staff fantastic very clean and great value for money served very quickly by bar staff.

To be improved

We stayed B&B only and felt that the food available to purchase for lunch was of poor quality. I feel the hotel only really if you are all inclusive as it was very basic.

“Fantastic stay”

The best

The hotel is beautiful and spotless. The location is just perfect. Very close to the airport and right across the road there is a beautiful sand beach. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The selection of food is great too and the bar/restaurant service was fantastic. Will definitely come back.

To be improved

The only thing that could be better is the fact that guests are reserving the sun beds by placing their towels on them early in the morning. I've seen some staff members removing the towel which is great.
