“Outstanding!”

The best

The most amazing stay. The staff were always so friendly and happy to help. Special mention to Carlos, who helped us so much with booking day trips, giving advice on the area and things to do. The facilities and breakfast was great with so many options and always fresh. We particularly enjoyed playing the on site mini golf! We hired a car from inside the hotel which was very reasonable and straightforward. I also enjoyed a full body massage at the on site salon which was amazing and I managed to get booked in on the same day. Thank you so much, we will definitely return!

“Great stay, but sun loungers must go!”

The best

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff amazing. Facilities are great especially the pool areas, the bars and restaurant. Food was very good with lots to choose from. The premium room was excellent.Evening entertainment was good too.

To be improved

The beds are hard and although that May suit some people it didn’t suit me. The sun loungers around the pool are the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced, the hotel needs to address this urgently. The location is about 35 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca and is probably 15 minutes further than I would have liked.

It's a little bit too far out, but only a €5 taxo ride The food was well cooked and presented but the dinners were too similar every night.
