Hipotels Sherry Park

Hotel is good, usual cleanliness and standard of decor. Unfortunately they are not telling you they are completely remodeling the swimming pool with noisy construction going on all day. Also disappointing that they Will only give you a car park discount if you book direct on the Hip hotels site, really petty. Extortionate fee for parking at 19 Euro per night

For me this visit was a huge flop when I consider that this hotel is rated 4 stars. To begin the outside of the hotel looks excelent, the lobby is nice, breakfast was good and also you have a pool and gym already included in the price for your stay. On the other hand my room was a disaster for a 4 star rated hotel… bathroom had dirty floors and bath tub, toilet flush was broken same as the lock on the door to access the bathroom, you could lock and unlock it only from the outside which made me think why is the lock even there, lock from inside was broken. Chair in the room was broken, balcony doors were broken… what else can I say.. At least the bed was clean and thankfully I only stayed for just one night. The final price is crazy for what i got, I paid around 100€ for a room for 2 which I already described how terrible it was, services like gym or pool were included together with breakfast but I still see this price a bit too high for what I got. Another crazy thing is that they charge you 20€ for every day that you park your car in a parking lot that belongs to a hotel. No garage, no protection from sun and the area is not even secured.. for 20€ - funny right?

This is a nice hotel, with excellent staff. Well located within Jerez with the old town only a short walk away. Our only disappointment was that both pools were closed for the duration of our stay (along with gym) which had not been evident at the time of our booking.

Stayed in the Sherry Park over Christmas. It’s a fabulous hotel with absolutely amazing staff . It was our 3rd stay there and we could not fault it. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Bed was comfortable the usual twin beds side by side. Lovely balcony overlooking gardens at the side of hotel so very quiet . Bathroom very spacious and modern with a walk in shower and double sink . Room was cleaned very well every day . Main bar and breakfast restaurant very comfortable. If you don’t want a full breakfast they do an express one for €6.00 which we found very handy . Teas/ coffee breads , jam, marmalade, tomate. We also had some really amazing food and sherry in La Vermuteria which is in the hotel . Staff really lovely and helpful, great modern Spanish tapas . Hotel is in a lovely area of the city with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a 10 minute walk from the centre . Parking is available charged onsite there is on street parking available too . The staff make the Sherry Park very special, we will definitely return again soon .

Great hotel. Stayed 2 nights, it exceeded expectations. Superb value, great staff throughout, lovely grounds and surroundings in the city, easy parking. 15 minute walk into town, great breakfast. Couldn’t fault it.

Excellent 4* hotel. Everything is first class. Comfortable rooms, pretty gardens, huge pool which we were pleased to see still open in mid October, friendly staff and excellent restaurant. Plenty of parking and an easy stroll into town. It’s only 5 minutes walk from the Equestrian horse centre which is a beautiful place to visit. This was our 4th visit and will return again.
