What a lovely place! The flat is full of light, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The communication with Hispalis was excellent and the welcome we received warm and professional. Thank you. I would love to stay here again.

“A magnificent flat that just needs some new doors.”

The best

We liked the renovated house, the decoration, the good taste and the extremely comfortable beds. The location was great, close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, the bus stop to the city centre and a 10-minute walk from Isla Mágica. Daniel, who met us, was very helpful. He explained all the details of how to use the house and gave us extremely useful directions to restaurants, supermarkets and lockers in the city centre to store our luggage on the day we returned. On the day we arrived in Seville, the check-in time was 3pm, but Daniel gave us the key at 11am and we were able to take possession of the flat straight away, which was a godsend in that moment of tiredness with two children.

To be improved

The flat has been renovated, but the windows haven't, so the worst thing about this flat was the constant noise. As the flat is close to restaurants and bars, groups of people were constantly passing by, especially at the weekend, chatting and laughing. We could even hear the conversations with the doors completely closed. There was noise all night long: motorbikes, cars, the rubbish cart, shop shutters opening and closing. My husband didn't sleep a wink during the five days we were in Seville. Would I stay here again? Only if the doors were changed, because the existing ones don't insulate anything. The kitchen was very good, but it was missing a saucepan. There was only one gigantic pot in which we cooked pasta and which gave our pasta the smell of burnt aluminium. It's such a simple thing to sort out and it doesn't benefit the flat at all.
