The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfectly located, just a 12-minute walk from the cathedral. There was quite a bit of noise from the street, but the bedrooms have windows facing the inner courtyard, so it was not bothersome. Check-in was smooth, and the host waited for us with the keys despite a significant flight delay. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent.There are many restaurants and shops nearby

To be improved

The heating in the apartment was not working. After reporting the issue, a technician arrived a few hours later, but an hour after the repair, the heating stopped working again. The promised heater was not provided. Due to the low temperature and rain, the apartment remained cold and damp throughout our stay

Centrally located in Seville the holiday home is only a few footsteps away from the city's old town and a convenient base if one decides to visit Seville for a sightseeing trip. The apartment was spacious and clean.

To be improved

The kitchen could have been better equipped with bowls, towels and a drying rack for dishes.

Very good location of the apartment. There is no self check-in, a person will meet you and show you the apartment. The apartment has many useful things, such as air conditioning, comfortable beds, dishwasher. I enjoyed my stay. Recommendations.

To be improved

There was no laundry detergent in the apartment, so you have to bring your own or buy it at the store. The floor of the apartment was not the cleanest either. Very thin walls, you can hear the neighbors.

“Very nice ideally situated and comfortable”

Ideally situated very clean.

Not many kitchen items tea towels etc, pillows poor need replacing, no toilet roll The downstairs door was consistently left open on catch unlocked.
