The apartment was great and had everything we needed - comfortable beds, little noise in the bedrooms (only from the neighbors occasionally, but not the street) which could also be darkened completely, working air conditioning, a kitchen even with a dishwasher. The host was kind, and we were even allowed to check in early. Everything was very clean. The Real Alcazar was in walking distance. Would absolutely recommend this place!

To be improved

This would be complaining on a very high level, maybe a few more dishes and cooking equipment like a peeler, sieve, good knife and such things would be great. The drain in the bathroom was kind of slow. But otherwise we really liked everything!

Clean. Location, it is right beside Santa Cruz and is very close to Alcazar but is on a quiet street next to big street which makes it is easier to go to train or bus station. Staff is responsive and helpful. Two keys provided so it is a lot more convenient for us (group of 3).

To be improved

No lift. Luckily on check in day the staff was at the place and help us with bringing up the luggage. One bedroom with queen size bed is a bit small, only fit the bed and side walk way thus we have to leave the luggage in the living room. For the other bedroom, we only use the bed as single bed thus there is no issue with space. Kettle is so small and attach with the electrical line so it is not very convenient.
