Before the day of arrival, they began communication with us. The day of arrival, there was a personal assistant that met us to deliver the keys. It was very easy. The location was great. The air conditioner was great, especially in July.

To be improved

The details of leaving the property. Maybe a security drop-box could be installed. It takes a minimum of two people so that one person can wait at the entrance to the property while another person takes the keys back to the residence. The kitchen is a little cramped with not much room for two people.

“Nice apartment in perfect location”

We had breakfast in the bar downstairs which was very good. We were met by Primitivo who was very attentive, efficient and friendly. He gets full 10 points. The apartment is nice in a perfect location in Santa Cruz and Alfalfa. With a little touching up it would be very nice if not perfect!

To be improved

There were many mosquitos in the apartment. No tea or paper towels in the kitchen. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets. Bath towels were a little too small considering we only had one per person. I feel the apartment looks tired and needs freshing up with a little painting and decorating (The marks on the wall weren't very nice). The sofa was uncomfortable because it was broken.

Very cozy, well situated in the city center. Good contact with the staff. Equipped with everything what was needed. I highly recommend as a place to stay when visting Sewille.
