The host was great, he greeted us upon arrival and was at our disposal the whole time. The apartment was spotless, very spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was great, ~10 minutes away from the old town center.

“Easy and clean”

The best

It was very clean, nice and quiet, and right beside the centre, shops, restaurants and bars. The bed was comfy and the apartment was very spacious. Perfect for two people!

We were unable to have a proper shower as turning it on fully meant the whole bathroom floor became completely flooded. We had to shower with the water set very low and mop up the floor after every use. There were a few ants on the floor in the kitchen but nothing major

“Practical place that needs maintenance a good clean and new procedures for receving people”

Modern appartement, with great parking although tight. Bigger car might be a challenge. We don’t mind walking so 15 minutes to main tourist sites was fine for us but could be a challenge.

Just not clean. Hairs everywhere! Simple things broken like loose showerhead making showering a challenge, toiletrol holder etc. Bedroom is at the courtside which is quit noisy, even with shutters down. Appartement has great potential but just needs maintenance and proper cleaning. The host starts bothering you several days in advance with text messages several times a day. Wants a arrival time up to the minute with hourly updates and then shows up late half an hour herself. Friendly but pain in the ass. Room has a “balcony” but more a railing so you don’t fall out when you open the window. View of a blind wall in narrow street.

“Fabulous Apartment, great location”

The best

Fabulous apartment, everything was perfect. Location is right in the centre with all main sights within easy walking distance, but tucked away in a little back street so it was lovely & quiet. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and modern with all new applicances & great decor. The bed was super comfortable. The addition of on-site parking in the building was a great bonus and at a very reasonable charge. The host Daniel was waiting for us & was very pleasant & helpful with great tips on places to eat etc. If you are looking for the perfect base to explore Seville look no further this place has it all.

“Amazing!”

The best

Perfect apartment for a stay with a baby! This apartment was amazing! It was very well-designed, quiet, and close to everything. No noise from the neighbors, which was perfect for our stay with a baby. There’s also an excellent and convenient café just a minute away on Recaredo Street. A great bonus was that we could book a taxi with a car seat for our daughter through the accommodation, both for arrival and departure. Everything was smooth and well-organized. I highly recommend this incredible place!
