The best

Close to Triana center and plaza de armas. Rooms were equipped with separate air conditioning.

To be improved

The air conditioner in the living room wasn’t working. Nobody fixed it even though they also realised it during checkout. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet, which was out of ventilation. All furniture (cupboards and drawers) were old and broken. Plus, the couches were really dirty. Overall, wasn’t worth its money.

It was decent clean, very good location, balcony and quite. Also the parking is free on the street if you look for them.

To be improved

The ac from the living room was not doing heat, was not a real problem cause the other 2 did. Please try and do something with the smell, I understand is hard though. The apartment is nice and has a very good potential.

“A great apartment in a quiet part of Seville”
The best

Apologies for the late review - I have been travelling a lot! This apartment was excellent and everything about it was convenient for me. It was very clean, with all the facililties one could wish for and in a perfect location for my needs. I never met the host(s), but the communication before my visit was clear and I had no problem finding the keys and gaining access. Although I was alone this time, there were two sets of keys available, which would have been useful had I been with my partner or a colleague. I would certainly stay here again: I have stayed several times before in Seville and this would be my first choice from henceforth. I rarely give a maximum 10, but I think that this apartment deserves it!

To be improved

The only thing that was annoying was the fact that when using the bowl in the bathroom to wash hands and face or to shave, water always soaked the floor. Some kind of edging would prevent this.

I liked the big free parking space in front of the accommodation and also the apartment was very comfortable and clean.

To be improved

A mosquito net would have been very helpful, especially during summer but I know that in Italy is quite rare to have it.
