To be improved

We went there with a confirmed reservation. Which was fully paid in advance. The staff wouldn't let us in because they hadn't told them about us. Customer service spoke to them in vain. We left after an hour and a half. We had to find another place to stay, with a small child. I didn't think something like this could happen. Outrageous!

“Exceptional”
The best

The apartment was beautifullly decorated and furnished. It was also equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Key collection was very easy and the host responded quickly to our questions. They also very kindly let us stay in the apartment until 5.30pm on our last day, as we had a late flight. This was much appreciated!

To be improved

Not necessarily a negative but the location is around a 20 minute walk from the nearest shops and the beach. The area is also very hilly so a car is recommended, especially with luggage and grocery shopping.
