“too noisy! but REMS were amazing”
The best

the REMS staff were fantastic. The apartment was nice but I did not know that it was located near to many clubs and bars, one of which did not finish until 7am! we did not get any sleep on our first night at all. However, I contacted REMS at 6.30am and they got back to me, offering me alternative accommodation which we then arranged and sorted that morning. The REMS staff were very helpful and responsive; they were amazing. and the alternative apartment (sunny apartment) was lovely (and quiet!).

To be improved

location - too close to bars and clubs so could not sleep
