Historic Gem with modern comfort by REMS

A lot of thing went wrong here. After arriving I noticed very tidy carpet under the bed with hair and dust, it wasn't cleaning for sure. It is very uncomfortable for me to stand on a carpet like this so I asked REM for cleaning it. They told me someone will clean this the next day, but they didn't. Later I found a vacuum in the apartment so it was easier if stuff will tell me to do this by myself instead of waiting for nothing (especially they promised me they will clean it). Next thing was leaking boiler. I step in a water with socks, we also used a lot of towels to stop the water spread. Someone was in our apartment during our stay (which was also uncomfortable for me) to fix it but even after that the water was still at the leaking. The worst thing was the apartment is close to the music club so the noises were huge, we couldn't sleep till the party was over at the morning. Walls and windows are very thin, we were also hearing the party above all night long. Also the light was very disturbing at night. Definitively the worst stay, I was angry and tired after being there.

The check in process is overly complicated and they do not give you accurate instructions to access the building. There is no signage on the door to indicate whether it is the one you should use, and were it not for running into some other guests coincidentally, it would've taken a long time to figure it out (it already took 30 mins despite arriving exactly where the google maps pin was). They indicate to visit their office if you need assistance but their office is quite far from the apartment, so that isn't really helpful. The building was super loud - you could hear in the room every time someone opened/closed their door, and all the noise outside which made it quite hard to sleep.
