The best

Fantastic location right near the Real Alcazar and the Jewish quarters. I remember taking a photo of a guitarist playing at the wall that was 20 feet away from our door when I visited this area 15 years ago. Beautiful building set up like a "corridor" (I believe) where the main atrium is actually outdoors but has an awning and the rooms have large room-only a/c.

To be improved

The air conditioners were in nearly every bedroom (the bedroom downstairs only had a fan and no a/c) and in the living room/dining room area, however, the bedroom on the top floor would still be somewhat temperate for us. We also visited in the hottest month of Spain so visiting outside of summer will likely find the temperatures much more bearable.

Perfect location.... you could not stay in a better location for wandering around the tourist hotspots of Seville.

To be improved

There had been a downpour the day before and sewerage smells made one bedroom unusable. There was no where to just chill out as a family, yes you can all sit together but not in a relaxed laid back way. However, there is so much going on outside that maybe that is the intention of the property. It is just somewhere to sleep (which would have been great had the beds been more comfortable). Very limited hot water with 4 showers, we regularly ran out of hot water.
