“Awful . How can you expect paying guests to stay in accommodation without access to fresh air and natural light?”
To be improved

There is no window so there is no access to fresh air or light. There is no kitchen sink which means that any washing up of dishes has to be done in the toilet washbasin. Is that even hygienic? We stayed for half an hour and felt like prisoners in a cell. We found alternative accommodation for our stay in Vigo and therefore this accommodation was a total waste of our money.
