Thank you very much I had a fantastic time with my family and will defiantly consider staying again

only one male bar staff he was rude and not very polite he was only there in the evening towards the end of holiday. I put it down to he did not like his job. all the other staff where amazing

The best

The chalet we booked wasn't ready so we were upgraded to a chalet with it's own private terrace. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Friendly staff. Decent variety of pools. Good children’s play area.

To be improved

Sofa beds very uncomfortable and noisy. Splash pool freezing for kids - barely used. On arrival, Bedroom had hairs in every corner. Food was ok, not the best.
