The best

The rooms could use some updating, including the beds and furniture, which felt a bit dated. The food was okay, though the snack bar was somewhat limited. On the bright side, the kids had a great time at the water park, which was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Friendly staff and very helpful. We had an incident with our granddaughter and Cedric at reception was fantastic. He had an ambulance outside the door within 10 mins. Great facilities for kids with the waterpark and there was a good selection of food in the restaurant.

To be improved

The queues for a drink at the bar in the evening were farcical. You could spend 20/25 mins waiting to be served. No one wants to spend that much time queueing on holidays and a 3 drink limit per person.

Food was great. Good selection. Pool bar, ice cream and snacks was very good. Entertainment was ok. Staff very helpful and nice.

To be improved

Pool was disgusting. The dirt in it was shocking. People still in the pool late at night while drinking. Probably one of the worst pools I've seen. Accommodation wasn't really that clean on arrival. We had no towels, no curtains but in fairness that was rectified quickly. Toilet smelt very bad throughout the whole stay. A lingering smell of urine and shit. The noise and shouting into the early hours was very bad. One night we had a guy getting sick at 3am outside our door. I was woken several nights with shouting and screaming. I think the free bar should end earlier. People hardly able to walk back to their accommodation. You just knew that some of the people staying there didn't have much of an idea on how to behalf on holiday ina hotel that is supposed to be family friendly. Pool tables were disgusting and dirty. The air hockey tables were broken half the time. Parents allowing their kids to kick machines, breaking them. Climbing up into the machines. Broken glass doors on the prize shelf, obviously prizes were stolen. Just a rough unpleasant clientele. A few scummy English dragged it down.

The food could have been better. The entertainment wasn't great, and the area for the entertainment is bad. The cleaning of the rooms wasn't good. The pool bar service was bad and the cleaning around this area was bad. Overall, not a good experience.

Water park was good a bit dated but did the job, Thought the food was nice always lots on offer, reception staff were very nice always helpful if you get a taxi they call it for you.

Had money Stolen out of our room by a cleaner My daughter and myself had money taken. The cleaner then lied saying my daughter was in the room all the time when she was in the apartment beside us. Manager about as useful as a chocolate teapot, Never even offered anything to us to say sorry it was our fault, Because we left stuff in our room. My Card and the cleaners were the only card used in the 2 hours when it was stolen.Some times I wonder do hotels get staff to steal so people buy the safe for 10 days so they make more money.
