“The rooms were spacious and clean. Good choice with food and activities for the kids, loads of sun beds for relaxing and tanning. Friendly and helpful staff. · Cons: I was disappointed that they offered a meal in one of the two restaurants with all inclusive but they didn't inform me to book 3-4 days in advance as the restaurant spaces are booked 3 days in advance. So we missed out on the experience.”

The rooms were spacious and clean. Good choice with food and activities for the kids, loads of sun beds for relaxing and tanning. Friendly and helpful staff.

To be improved

“Rooms and bathrooms were good. Pool was good. · Cons: Food was not good, especially vegetarian options were quite poor. Tennis court didn't have the baseline 😞, tennis balls were rubber balls and rackets were of worst kind.”

“Lovely Resort, Great for Families”
The best

Lovely resort, plenty to do, nice pools and entertainment. Great for families! The chalet/apartments are excellent, really lovely with air con and WiFi

To be improved

On site shop closes at 6pm but that’s more first world problems and they do put it in the little leaflet they give you upon arrival we just didn’t plan accordingly.

Food Choice each day. Fresh cooking stations (Omlette / Pasta). Entertainment teams did a good job. Rooms were best in canaries that I have stayed in.

To be improved

Sun beds being reserved. No Spash pool (Closed when we were there). No Cocktails on all inclusive. Lack of paid for drinks availability at upper bar. NO Dress code in main restaurant. (People in bikini / Swim shorts). unlimited access to water park is not worth it (not the water park opposite the hotel) and sister hotel is not so good.
