The best

Great staff and modern hotel, very clean and nice pool area. Spacious rooms with balcony, very comfortable. Delicious breakfast and nice drinks by the pool. Good location with bus stops near and about 20 min to the beach.

To be improved

The only thing, if you are a light sleeper the walls are a bit thin. For me it was no problem.

Loud music from neighbouring hotel during the day, especially on weekends. This is something the local municipality should address.

“A phenomenal hotel”
The best

Everything was perfect. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, especially Stephan and Raquael. The reception area, pool area and our room were so clean and tidy. Nothing was out of place, it was absolutely pristine. We stayed in room 512, which was a junior deluxe suite and it was massive. A double sink in the bathroom with a very strong rainfall shower, a comfortable bed and multiple full length mirrors! The balcony looked on to the Hotel Miraflor opposite and we heard the peacock throughout the day - loved it. It was peaceful, relaxing and we will certainly be back.
