“Disappointed,please do something about isolating in the rooms...”

Some members of the staff reception Yeri was very helpful very professional friendly also Gloria from the restaurant was very friendly, thanks a lot all the restaurant staff all of them were very helpful and friendly 😃.

To be improved

We made a request of the rooms to be in a quiet place and it didn't happen, the rooms were very noisy we couldn't sleep, the hotel wasn't full and they have rooms in upper floor but they didn't give to us up on the arrival a member of the reception she said the rooms are very well located in a quiet area but the area that we stayed was the worst. The rooms they don't have isolation we can hear everything from the room nextdoor and also from the room up , that is very bad, we can also hear the room up flashing the toilet all the water noise we can hear very clear ...I never experience something like that before,...is always one first time...

“Great hotel for a holiday stay”

The best

Great location, close to the bus stop (line 66 to the airport), shops and restaurants nearby. Great quality and variety of food at the hotel's restaurant. Wonderful view of the Maspalomas Dunes from the hotel's rooftop. Cleanliness both of the room and the hotel. Kind and friendly staff.

The best

Always very clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful. My mother has a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating with providing food alternatives and ensuring she was okay.

To be improved

The entertainment is very basic, but it’s not the type of hotel where you really expect to be wowed by this. So close to the bars / clubs so that compensates.
