“Nice little studio and great owners !”

The best

The host is very professional, very reactive and ready to help. We booked last minute and the host was very responsive. I liked the large bathroom with shower, very modern, the kitchen had most of the things you would need for a short trip. Pleasantly looking little studio, very clean. It is 10 minutes walk from the Acquarium, Science museum, etc. We had a nice breakfast nearby. Within 10 minutes walk you find so many nice local places to eat . Great location .

To be improved

The fact that the flat is literally on the road. From the pedestrian alley you just go into the flat like you would go into a shop. Meaning that it feels somewhat unsafe. If you leave the window open for example, someone could just walk into your flat with absolutely no effort. For a night it was ok, but for more than that, I would feel unsafe to leave my stuff in the flat and go out for the day. Maybe is just me because i am not familiar with the city... It is also a little bit smaller than what it looks in the photos. I would say is ideal for 2 people for a longer stay. Other than that, it can be a little too tight but good enough for shorter stay for 4 people. Overall, it was ok. I would probably stay again for another night but i wouldn't stay for consecutive nights as i wouldn't feel safe to leave my belongings inside.

Conveniently located close to the the City of Arts and Sciences, a large shopping mall (El Saler), and a bus stop with a direct connection to the beaches. The communication with the host was excellent. · Cons: The front door of the apartment directly faces a busy street.”
