“would definetly return but I would hope same issues would not be their”
The best

very nice breakfast however the coffee machines could do with cleaning as you could taste the wrong coffee.

To be improved

Unfortunately health and safety is not a priority and same staff will need extra training in hospitality to make this place truly stand out. Trying to see a Hotel Manager was next to impossible.

“Great hotel in heart of Santa Ponsa”
The best

This hotel is by far the best in Santa Ponsa. We were part of a wedding group and some ended up moving to this hotel. It has recently been refurbished and is fresh and modern. Common areas are lovely and modern with great a/c. The Junior Suite is spacious and has everything you need. Great a/c, power shower etc. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again. Easy to walk to the beach and shops. Didn't use the pool as we met friends at the beach. Seems busy at pool.

To be improved

They are a little slow at replenishing the breakfast buffet.

Perfect location, directly opposite the beach. Lovely breakfast - lots of choice including made to order items Extremely clean Full shower facilities available to use in case of a late flight home
