HM Palma Blanc

great location, very friendly staff, breakfast was superb, rooftop pool, food and cocktails were all brilliant. Double room was a bit on the small side for 2 people, but had all we needed and super comfy beds, pillows which is so important!

Jet2 city break hotel very modern, clean with indoor pool and outdoor roof pool, a real plus point for a city centre hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely room with plenty of storage space, excellent bed and pillows and British channels on TV. Closer to city centre than we thought so could walk every where, another bonus. Santa Catalina has restaurants and tapas bars

Really nice hotel but nowhere near at the level we were expecting. We stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary but came away a little disappointed and this is why I’m leaving a review (I don’t think I have ever left a trip advisor review). Our room was extremely small to the point it didn’t have a designated / separate bathroom which my wife did not like at all (I wasn’t expecting that) so be aware. We had no hotwater all weekend and the shower leaked under the door and into the bedroom (due to not having a separate bathroom) so spent all the time mopping up big puddles each time we had a shower. Wifi isn’t great (jumps in and out so be aware if your on business). Be aware also if your booking due to it having a pool then you have to be extremely quick as nowhere near enough sun loungers vs size of hotel. We spent our 2 days listening to lots of people say how frustrated they were at booking this hotel for the pool but not being able to sit by it as no loungers / space. They need to reconfigure and remove some loungers and replace with just comfy chairs as lots of people were saying they would just be happy on stools as long as it meant they could sit by the pool and have a drink in the sun. Loads of people just end up just sitting on the hard floor and that’s when we gave up our loungers to a pregnant lady who was sitting on the floor as that is no good. It is a really nice hotel in a great location but given the cost and occasion we just did not come away feeling like it was a great hotel and I suppose that is what we were hoping for (but maybe we had high expectations after staying in the Protur Naisa across the street that last 2 years which is incredible and was the same price).

Great well located hotel in Palma. 15 mins from the airport. Reception and all staff very helpful and polite. The place is spotless and cleaning occurs constantly. Pool areas well maintained and great. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Family room large modern and clean. Black out curtains just need refitting and road noise not ideal but cannot be helpful for the location. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel located quite centrally to Palma city. Staff and facilities were to a good standard and everyone was very helpful. We went as a family of 4 and the room provided was more than adequate. Outside pool was very cold and sun beds get taken quite quickly. Spa area is only available to kids between 9-10 & 1900-2000. Overall excellent place to stay if you’re looking for a stay in Palma City.

Excellent, well run hotel. Great food. Perfect location for seeing the city. Easy access from airport. Thoroughly recommend.
