We struggled slightly with the self-serve check-in however they spoke to us over the loudspeaker with 2 minutes someone came to help

Room was basic but clean. Location was ok

To be improved

Extremely noisy from construction outside. You can also hear every sound from the room above at any time of day, we unfortunately heard people until 4am!! Not ideal.

a real treat. accommodation was fantastic. so stylish, so cleverly designed. such a bonus to have the pool and bar on roof terrace. a real hot spot for locals.

To be improved

odd with no reception staff, and talking through an intercom when needing them wasn't always clear for communicating. but helpful when we did access them.
