HOLA SUITE

We felt there weren't enough kitchen appliances. A toaster and kettle and more tea towels, plates and bowels, cups for kids ect, would have been good if you are bringing your kids and you wanted to make breakfast before heading out for the day. Also the water system was very hard to understand. For the amount of money we paid we had cold showers nearly everyday. It would be good to get the staff to explain how to get hot water everyday if you are not used to a boiler system which we were not. We did text the owner but nothing was done.

I recently stayed at Hola Suite, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, it was immediately evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The apartment was full of dust, and the walls were noticeably dirty, making the entire space feel neglected and unwelcoming. One of the most concerning issues was the bathroom. Not only was there a lack of privacy due to doors that couldn't be locked, but one of the toilets was faulty. It constantly ran water, which meant the water tank couldn’t refill properly, making it impossible to flush. This was a major inconvenience throughout my stay. Adding to the discomfort, there were ongoing renovations on the second floor. The hallway was cluttered with demolition debris, making it hazardous to navigate. The noise from the construction work was incessant, disturbing any chance of relaxation or a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, there was a lack of basic amenities like extra bed linens. With the weather being particularly hot, we were forced to sleep on the same sweaty linens for all eight nights of our stay, as no replacements were provided. Given all these issues, I am extremely dissatisfied with the value for money at Hola Suite. The poor quality of the accommodation and lack of basic comforts did not justify the price we paid. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
