Excellent location, nice balcony, glad to have aircon during the heat wave

To be improved

The property could use a deep clean e.g. dirt and hair in the crevices, the shower floor and tiles could be cleaned better, there’s scuff marks on the walls. Overall we didn’t mind too much since we were there for a little while.

“Great location and comfy place”

The best

Location was great, the view from the balcony is beautiful, good bed and facilities. We knew about the very narrow staircase to the apartment and we didn’t had a big suitcase, so it was okay for us.

“Ok if on a budget but definitely one to avoid at peak pricing periods”

The best

There are only really a couple of positive things I can say about this apartment. 1) the location is amazing, in a nice neighbourhood right by a supermarket. The apartment is in a building with a reception so it feels nice and safe and we could leave our cases on the day of departure. 2) the bed was exceptional, really very comfortable. 3) the kitchen is quite well equipped, everything you need to make a meal

To be improved

We visited during Holy Week and do appreciate that the prices will go up due to demand but what we were charged for this accommodation was almost criminal. The photos looked nice and I thought we would treat ourselves to staying in a premium apartment. Staircase to get to the place is like a death trap if you have suitcases, the sliding doors don't close properly, dirt in every corner, splashes up the wall, smelly fridge (set on holiday mode so we couldn't get our food cold enough until we realised), panel above sliding doors loose making a noise with even the slightest wind, dolce gusto coffee machine didn't work so wasted money on pods for it, no tea towels or cloths provided for the kitchen, towels provided had old stains on them, bathroom shower cubicle really dirty, 2 old and horrible damaged chairs to sit on out on the terrace. Not worth 200€ a night at any time of the year!!!

“This property is well located but is not one that I can recommend in it’s current condition.”

The best

The apartment was in a very good location for getting to all of the key tourist attractions in Seville, with a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. It also has excellent views of the city from balconies on either side of the apartment and is a good size.

To be improved

Getting in and out of this property is difficult when carrying large suitcases, due to the fact that the access is via a very narrow spiral staircase. There are a number of things in the apartment that could do with some rectification, such as the cracked plates, sliding doors that don’t lock properly and window shutters that are very difficult to open and close!

Excellent location in a quiet area with supermarket nearby. The apartment is exactly as described and had excellent facilities and amenities. The bedroom is small but very suitable for a short stay.
