To be improved

Does not give the true address on Booking, it's a hunt to find actual address. Took my credit card details for a deposit then leaked then to fraudsters within days - we didn't use the card for anything else in ages so it must me holi-rent and their custom website with bad security.

Easy communication with the hosts, we got a quick response to any question we had. Self check in very easy with clear instructions. Location is ok, there are several buses connected to the city center with a bus station just around the corner. Also within a walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants in the neighborhood. Clean apartment, with a small kitchen.

To be improved

The apartment and the furniture is very old, table in the living room creaked every time we put something on it. Furniture really worn out. Not a very nice neighborhood, a lot of drunk people outside on the street. Extremely noisy neighbors, from very early in the morning until very late at night. Bathroom window looks at the garage, so other than the additional noise, it didn't fell very safe. Overpriced.

“Overall, for a month's stay, we didn't feel very comfortable”

The location was excellent, and the property manager was super helpful. We loved the Macarena neighborhood. The property, although it needs renovation (the bed and furniture are old and not in good condition, tv is not a smart one). The property is dark and does not get any sunlight, and at this time of the year (winter), is not prepared for the cold. We felt freezing. The water heating is ok. The internet is ok. We miss an oven in the kitchen. Overall, for a month's stay, we didn't feel very comfortable.
