“Nice 2-bedroom flat in an exceptional location, but arguably rather expensive and under-managed”
Well-equipped, 2 bedroom flat in a superb location for train travellers - a quiet back street just 10-15 mins walk from Sevilla Santa Justa station. If you are spending time in the town centre, then this is arguably going in the wrong direction, but there are several bus routes that pass nearby that will take you into the city. The neighbourhood has several bars/restaurants, and a Dia supermarket not far away. Overall, a nice experience - but with some downsides.
1. There's a fair amount of form-filling to be done online before you get access to the keys (from a key-safe in the street). Obviously, this is not their fault, but if you stay somewhere with personal check-in, this would be done for you. It felt burdensome for a 2 night stay. There's also a security deposit to be paid (which isn't obvious from the Booking.com page). 2. We were worried about the front door being a fire risk, as we could not open it without the key, even from the inside. Maybe we missed something, but it looked illegal to me. And when leaving, we had to prop it open, then return to the flat to leave the keys on the table as requested, to avoid getting trapped in the hall area! 3. You need to bag up rubbish obviously, but no bags were provided, and there were no local shops open when we left on a Sunday. Not a huge deal, but rather thoughtless and mean-spirited given we were paying EUR 200 a night. Overall, this is a very nice flat, but arguably overpriced and under-managed.
“Great time”
lovely little apartment, clean with everything you need. The location is good and everything was perfect
“I strongly recommend, very nice appartment!”
Completely renewed apartment. Very quiet residential street. Very clear and well equipped, all devices are brand new. The lady who was waiting for me to deliver the keys, very nice, and explained everything. A booklet with city info and a map were also available.
The sofa (sleeping-couch) in the living room could be more comfortable (not very soft, and without arms) to watch TV, but if you open it, and turn it into a bed, it gets better. The TV device as well, could be bigger for the distance/size of the room, and sometimes the TV was unavailable, probably due to the bad weather. But not a big issue at all.
