“Very Clean and Good Location”

The apartment is dated and so are the furnishings. Saying that, they did a lot better on the "extra" hospitality bits. We had user error with the key and they were quick to respond. It was the cleanest place we stayed in Spain, no dirt socks after walking around. It had the thickest toilet paper instead of the cheapest that many places have. It had shampoo and soap. Many places just seemed to have a single product for all. Quiet. Good location. Hot water did not run out for showers.

To be improved

You have to walk ~3 minutes to get the key/drop off the key from a luggage facility, not a big deal, but just be aware. The one bathroom was the worst smelling that we encounter in Spain in our apartments, but there were two so not an issue.

“Better than adequate”

The best

Great location for everything in the historic district of Seville / Cathedral / bars / restaurants etc. Good size lounge and master bedroom. Quiet small side street. Has a lift to 2nd floor which is good for heavy bags. This place was the best value 2 bedroom apartment in Seville at the time of booking. If you just want a place to rest and most of your time is out visiting Seville, then this is a good option.

To be improved

Decor is old and tired. Has windows facing a small street but not much light and the wooden shutters don't open fully. A few light bulbs broken / not replaced. This is not a "luxury" rental but is a good space at a good price. Just don't expect the little touches some rentals offer (but charge for).

The best

Location, location, location!!! This apartment is close to everything! It is also very spacious- can easily accommodate a family! Big living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and pillows were so soft. The air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room were strong and we had a very comfortable stay. Kitchen - albeit a little dated- is well equipped and there is also a washer. It felt too big for just me and my husband. We loved staying in this apartment and would come back again someday with our children!
