“An excellent choice for Sevilla”

The best

The apartment was clean, convenient, quiet - excellent place to rest. Not in the centre, but it was easy to get to Triana and to Sevilla, there were places for breakfast - it is really a good choice. I was travelling with colleagues and each had their own space - it was a great choice.

To be improved

The check-in process was a bit annoying. Registering before arrival was inconvenient, too many messages - it was stressing me out pre-arrival. All good once we got there and the key was easy to find.

“A perfect modern apartment”

The best

Just awesome, felt like home, a high end home. The place is obviously very new, even the knives were still rather sharp and the pans not scratched. The apartment is really spacious, it has a central conditioning system that covers all rooms. You get two independent bathrooms, and it was even possible to completely separate one bedroom + bathroom. Beds are really comfy, it was the best sleep I had this year, and now I'm looking to get a similar mattress for my home. It has a dedicated convenient parking spot in the underground garage of the same building. Windows are looking to the north which is really good when it gets hot during the day, you don't even have to use the blinds till the night. Almost complete lack of noise which is incredibly rare in Spain. Location is next to a mall with stores and a gym, plus there is El Corte Ingles and Carrefour, both in 5 minutes drive. Central parking lots in Sevilla were reachable in 10 minutes by car.

To be improved

We haven't really tested the public transport, but if you rent a car, I can't imagine anything better than this place.
